Perfect for light training
Installed this on a door frame in my cellar and use it daily just to keep in tone anytime I got to get my bike i just do a quick serie of 6 exercises standing and 4 sitting on a chair x 15, so easy and every other day I'll spend 40 minutes exercising, I added 2 extra hand grips to make full use of the different tensions, I'd recommend it to anyone who doesn't have the time to go to a sports school every week and wants to stay toned and fit !
