Flowin offers a new, functional and above all practical look at strength training: ' Friction Resistance Training '. The Flowin training concept was created by a group of elite athletes, with the friction that occurs during the execution of the movement resistance creates for an effective workout.
The Friction Resistance Training is performed on a Flowin Friction Plate.
