Returns policy

We are committed to selling high-quality products that we hope you will enjoy using. However, we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have bought. This is why here, at, we have a 100 days returns policy!


Most things we sell are covered by our 100-day money-back guarantee, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, with your receipt and we will give you a refund.

Checklist for returning an item under 100-day money-back guarantee:

       ✓ The item is unused, without any customer-caused damage;

       ✓ The item is in its original, undamaged packaging without visible signs of ripping it open, unauthorized use of sticking tape or any additional stickers. The item must contain all safety and security covers, undetached commercial notes and instructions.

       ✓ All belonging accessories, replacement parts and tools must be returned together with the product.

       ✓ Printed and completed Returns Form is enclosed in the package in which you return the product.

We will inspect the product upon receiving and refund, if it complies with our returns policy.


  1. Print the Returns Form. You can download it from here.
  2. Fill in the Returns Form. Carefully fill in all the required information in the Returns Form. Cut out the return address label from the bottom of the form.
  3. Pack your return. Pack your items in a secure box with the completed Returns Form inside and attach the printed returns address label to your parcel. NB: Please ensure the packaging is firm enough to withstand shipping and will keep the original packaging of the product intact during shipment.
  4. Dispatch your return. Send the package to: Sportbay Retourafdeling, Herenweg 64-52, 3602AR Maarssen. Keep a proof of shipment until you receive an automatic mail from us, confirming the registration of your return.


In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will do our best to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. In most instances we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model. In case the replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund for your order.

If you happen to receive a defected product, please contact us immediatelly.


SPORTBAY covers all return-related shipping costs in the event you have received a faulty good, or if a return is a result of our error. Shipping costs for returning products due to other reasons are not refunded.

Refunds take 3 to 7 business days from the date we receive and inspect the products to be credited to a payment card.
