FLOWIN Friction Training is performed on a FLOWIN Friction Plate. The smooth surface of the FLOWIN Friction Plate forms the basis of the training. Using the workout there movements on the Friction Plate pads can be implemented in which the core muscles stabilize movements controlled.
The resistance that you experience during exercise may vary by using different patterns of movement, contact points, speeds and size of the movement. The format of the FLOWIN plate (138 x 98 cm) allows both standing, sitting or lying, with training throughout the workout the body weight as ' workload ' is used.
