A bit more than the pool toy I expected for the money, this is a quality little boat with tough material and enough separately inflated comparments to inspire confidence that you will stay afloat.
The bow is larger as in theory you are supposed to sit with your back to it and row as in a traditional rownig boat (so most of your weight is at that front end) but it worked fine sat in with feet to the front so I could see where I was going. The oars were adequate for still water, and the foot pump worked OK, altho' being lazy I bought a battery operated pump which does the trick much faster.
Another advantage of the battery pump is that you can reverse it, suck the air out and pack the deflated boat away much more compactly.
Even without that trick, it packs away OK in the provided bag and makes a package one person can easily carry.
The 'two person' size is a little optimistic: realistically you'd have to be small (and very good friends) to fit two adults in here.
