It features a pocket that’s filled with flexible gel beads that can either be heated or cooled, depending on what’s bothering you. You’ll get an amazing compress, which, thanks to the hook-and-loop strap, stays in place at all times.

You can put the pad on your forehead as well as around your chin, so, apart from migraines and colds, it can also help you relieve toothache pain or reduce swelling after dental treatment.

Warming effect

Put the gel pad in the microwave and heat it for 50-60 seconds. A heated compress will help relieve your muscles, and also speed up their recovery. When heated to a higher temperature, it also helps relieve pain. You can adjust the temperature yourself; the longer it’s in the microwave, the higher the temperature will be.
