The Plyometric Box inSPORTline 3-High Lite is a simple but effective way to improve your fitness and coordination and strengthen your core muscles! Each side of the box has a different length, offering a variety of exercise options (depending on how intense you want your workout to be).

Plyometric cross fit boxes are used for exercises (e.g. squat jumps, lunge jumps, tuck jumps, tuck squats, plyo push-ups, etc.) in which muscles exert maximum force in short intervals of time, with the goal of improving explosiveness and dynamic strength. What’s more, the 3-High Lite box can also be used as a traditional vaulting box, thus making it ideal for fitness training and workout enthusiasts.

The anti-slip surface preventing you from slipping and falling during the workout (even an intense one). What’s more, the surface of the box is practically maintenance-free. All you have to do is wipe it with a regular cloth every once in a while.

The height of the box can be adjusted to three different positions, thus allowing you to adjust the intensity of your workout to your liking. You can choose from the following heights: 76 cm, 61 cm and 51 cm. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, this box will help you take your workouts to another level.
