The Full Body Trainer inSPORTline Omni-Fit is a revolutionary multifunctional bench that provides an effective workout with a wide range of exercises. It offers a moving bench in a tilted plane, which allows you to exercise with your own body weight. Then there are two pulleys with handles, a removable pull-up bar above them and a foam foot support. All of this is one unit that can be moved into the bottom side of the frame if necessary, providing you with a diverse way to exercise your whole body.

What’s more, the moving bench comes equipped with practical weight plate storage pegs on the sides, allowing you to add more weight, effectively increasing the difficulty of your workout. The anti-slip, ergonomic back support ensures that even if you’re sitting at an angle, you’re not going to slide down, thus allowing you to fully concentrate on your workout. The slant frame offers as many as 5 different incline levels, allowing you to adjust its position to your liking.

This innovative trainer will help you effectively strengthen the entire body, including your shoulders, back, chest, arms, stomach, buttocks, thighs and calves.
