The compact-sized Gym Timer inSPORTline CF10 is an integral part of group workouts, especially those that take place at the gym. It allows everyone to keep track of how much time is left in the workout. This timer shows time elapsed or time left and is easy to read from a distance. What’s more, there’s a magnet at the back, which allows you to be creative when deciding where to put it.

Since the device features a rechargeable battery, you can plug it into an electrical outlet during the workout. However, you do not need to do so if you don’t wish to – it opens up new possibilities when it comes to its placement. All you have to do next is pick the mode that suits you best. It offers all of the standard modes, including clock, stopwatch, countdown, count up or interval timer. You might also appreciate the “Fight Gone Bad” (FGB) mode or Tabata timer.

FGB is a challenging, 15-minute program that simulates a mixed martial arts bout – five minutes of work followed by one minute of rest. Tabata is a type of HIIT workout that aims to yield the most benefits in a short amount of time. For each exercise, you do eight rounds of 20 seconds of strenuous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest. Aside from time countdown, the timer features a buzzer that will alert you with a beep when your workout starts/ends. You can also adjust the brightness (you can choose from 3 different levels). With the Gym Timer inSPORTline CF10, you will always be in control of your workout!
