The Thera-Band Door Anchor consists of a band made of sturdy fabric that has a ring on it. This ring is hooked behind the door, where it stays solid in place. At the other end of the Door Anchor, an exercise band or tubing can be attached. Different kinds of resistance exercises can be performed.
