The Skillmill ensures that your training as effective as possible. With its 180 kg and 2 meters in length is the Skillmill Go a beast of a machine. The large (168 x 48 cm) tread does not consist of a one piece band but from different individual metal sheets so you can run up to training and other exercises that were never possible on a normal treadmill.
Also ideal is the dual-send that allows for perfect support of the palm and possibly the shoulders. By the band at the back can be a simulation as if you draw a heavy object to the word, this provides additional resistance and better training. The band contains 11 resistances these are divided into the following groups: low, medium, high and no resistance. You can read the following simulations after mimic: running against pull of the band, against a mountain. A bottle of water and phone/tablet (up to 7.8 cm wide) can be placed in a holder. Since the treadmill is not equipped with a display we recommend trainers use a sports watch.
