All 12 professional training options offer different resistance levels to create the ultimate challenge for everyone. Heart rate controlled training is often seen as the most effective way to achieve progress in physical fittness - and you can do that with ProForm Wave Power. This rowing machine even has four different heart rate controlled programs. And a heart rate recovery test to measure your physical condition. Measuring of your heart rate is done with the included strap. You can follow your progress on an extra large LCD with blue backlight.
The ProForm Wave Power rowing machine uses ProForm's patented 'Space Saver' design. It is very economical while set up for training as well as when stowed away. Normally this rowing machine is 200 x 60 x 83 cm (LxWxH); when folded it is only 50 x 60 x 120 cm.
