The EZ-Curl bar (50 mm - 7.5 kg) is a barbell that is designed expecially for training the upper arms. The special serrated form in the barbell is this very good hold in exercises like the biceps curl, triceps extensions, preacher curl and so on.
The big advantage is that the tension on the voltage on the forearms by the specific shap of the dumbbel bar. As a result, the risk of annoying overuse injuries to the forarms much smaller than when you do these exercises with a normal straight bar.
