The Forearm trainer (LMX23) is an auxiliary center to specifically train the hands and arms, e.g. in case of rehabilitation. The foam handles provide a comfortable grip and less tired hands. Each 30 mm disc can be attached to the steel frame.
Stretching the arms forward to shoulder height, the shoulders are trained on a static basis. While the shoulders stay in position (stretched forward), the hands are busy lifting and lowering the weight by comparing a movement just as wiping of a towel. This movement is simple and very effective.
