This Interval Timer has 6 digits, this gives the timer minutes and seconds, but also in which round you sit (gives pause workout rounds and rounds).
On the timer you can set 9 different programs. Setting is very quick and easy when you get the idea. To make it easy get a timer made by us, in this comprehensive manual.
