It features four thorns for weight plates with 50-mm diameter and one rack for lifting bar. Its surface is matt silver with varnish as a protection against humidity and scratching. It can be used for squats, death pull. If you add a bench (not included), you can use it for bench press and other workouts. The upper transversal bar of this product can be used as a horizontal bar.
