Why buy BOSU® Helm (Push up bar)? Description, review and benefits
Designed by a chiropractor and tested by professional athletes.
With the BOSU® Helm, you can train your upper body for strength, stability, and endurance while simultaneously working your core. The BOSU® Helm offers more dynamic training options than the generally static plank position.
Although it can be used on the floor for standard push-ups and plank support, the BOSU® Helm is specifically designed to fit perfectly on top of any full-size (65 cm) BOSU® Balance Trainer or stability training ball, but can also be used directly on the ground—allowing for a wide range of exercises.
The BOSU® Helm adds dynamic strength, stability, and endurance training to your traditional core workouts while targeting your abs, arms, shoulders, upper and lower back—all with one device.
Designed to prevent wrist injuries and activate new muscle groups.
The ergonomic handle design ensures proper wrist alignment when using the BOSU® Balance Trainer for stability exercises. This helps prevent wrist strain and wrist-related fatigue or injury.
The three different grip positions also engage a broader range of muscles:
Narrow grip push-ups emphasize your triceps, with a secondary focus on your shoulders and inner chest.
Standard grip push-ups distribute the effort most evenly across your chest, shoulders, and triceps.
Wide grip push-ups mainly target the outer chest, shoulders, and back, allowing you to train those hard-to-reach muscles.
