The Insportline Curl bar (30 mm) is a weight bar specifically designed for training the upper arms. By the special serrated shape in the weight bar is to hold exercises at this very well as the biceps curl, triceps extension, preacher curl and so on.
The big advantage is that the voltage on the forearms by the specific form of the weight bar. This makes the chance of annoying musculoskeletal injuries in the forearms much smaller than when you do these exercises with a "normal" straight rod.
On this link fit weights with a diameter of 30 mm. We have weights of 1.25 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg and 15 kg. In addition, we also have plastic weight plates in different weights that fit.
