With the Workout Bench inSPORTline ON-X AB10, you’re getting a great training bench for a full-body workout, and one that helps you save space at that. The frame boasts a max load capacity of up to 150 kg, and almost all of its parts are adjustable. So, you can adjust not only the backrest and the seat, but also the padded foot pad or the isolated bicep curl extension. What’s more, you can remove the extension when you’re done using it.

The backrest can be adjusted to 8 different positions, including the negative angle. As a result, you can target different muscle groups. The adjustable seat and foot pad will help you with that as well. And thanks to the removable extension, you can also exercise your biceps.

The position of the bench can easily be adjusted, with the included safety pins securing it in place. The entire bench only weighs 12.5 kg, making it easy to move it around as needed. And if you don’t have room for the bench in your apartment, just remove the safety pins, fold it up and store it away.
