The soft plyo boxes of Tiguar are used in the plyometric training to build the explosive power. They are perfect for both the training of the high-performance athletes as well as for the functional and strength training. Tiguar plyo soft boxes are the set of 4 boxes made of the high-density foam that absorbs the impact. This helps to avoid sudden joint overload.
The set consists of 4 boxes of different heights: 60, 45, 30 and 15 cm. The boxes can be stacked in piles with the durable Velcro fasteners. This results in the variety of possible heights that can be obtained: 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90, 105, 120, 135 and 150 cm.
