The GRP mat from Manduka is perfect for any sweaty yoga practice because it provides a supreme dry grip, no matter how much you are sweating. The mat consists of three layers: a leather-like top layer that provides traction for your hands and works moisture wicking. A charcoal-infused rubber layer in the middle eliminates odor and bacteria and provides a generous cushioning for your joints. The bottom layer ensures good airflow throughout the mat and keeps it firmly in place on the floor.

The moisture wicking properties of the mat increase with heat, making this mat perfect for any hot or bikram yoga practice. You'll always we ensured of perfect grip, without the hassle of a towel!

With 6mm the GRP mat is thicker than the average yoga mat (4-5mm) and offers good support and protection to your body. It is also wider than a standard yogamat (60cm), giving you lots of space to move.

Use and care

For regular maintenance, use Manduka mat cleansers. Spray the cleaner on your mat and rub with a damp cloth. Rinse the cloth thoroughly and wipe down mat with fresh water. With a dry cloth, soak up any excess water and hang to dry before rolling and storing the mat.

The GRP’s core and bottom layer are made with sustainably harvested natural tree rubber. Manufactured in a sustainable factory in Spain to ensure no toxic emissions are released into the atmosphere, the GRP is good for the planet and your practice.
