Der Yoga Ball inSPORTline 2 kg ist ein kompakter, mit Sand gefüllter Trainingsball für Yoga, Fitness, Gleichgewichtstraining und Regenerationstraining. Durch die Sandfüllung passt sich der Ball gut an die Körperkonturen an und bietet gleichzeitig eine andere Trainingsdynamik als klassische Gewichte wie Kurzhanteln.
Dynamisches Training mit Sandfüllung
Während der Übungen bewegt sich der Sand im Inneren des Balls. Dadurch verändert sich die Belastung während der Bewegung und der Körper muss kontinuierlich stabilisieren. Neben größeren Muskelgruppen werden so auch die tiefer liegenden stabilisierenden Muskeln beansprucht.
Mit einem Gewicht von 2 kg eignet sich der Ball für zahlreiche Kraft-, Gleichgewichts- und Koordinationsübungen. Dank seines kompakten Durchmessers von 13 cm lässt er sich bequem mit einer oder beiden Händen greifen.
