These Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights provide extra weight during the training of the upper and lower extremities. The ankle and wrist cuffs have an ideal fit and do not irritate the skin. The additional weight on the wrists or ankles increases the intensity of the training and strengthens the arm and leg muscles. This makes the Thera-Band Ankle / Wrist Weights suitable for endurance training, but also for training of the balance. Furthermore, they are used during rehabilitation in the studio or at home.
