Mit dieser klassischen Turnleiter können zahlreiche Übungen durchgeführt werden – von Dehnübungen bis hin zu Krafttraining und Haltungskorrektur. Regelmäßiges Training stärkt die Muskulatur von Armen, Beinen und Rücken und verbessert die Beweglichkeit der Gelenke.
Die Sprossen bestehen aus glattem Buchenholz, das einen sicheren Griff bietet. Die Seitenteile sind aus massivem Kiefernholz gefertigt und sorgen für eine hohe Stabilität.
