The RawFitness power rack PRO is very solid and therefore razor-sharp for home and semi-professional use. The integrated multifunctional pull up bar (also known as the monkey chin-up bar) that has slip-free grips for optimum comfort during pulling is very nice. You can use it for example, to attach resistance bands or power bands. the power rack is equipped with 8 chrome plated pins so you can perform dynamic training without having to look for stuff elsewhere in your training room.
Because the detachable and height adjustable dip bars can be easily attached (inside or outside), the power rack is suitable for virtually any level or length of the athlete.
For additional safety, 4 bar catchers and 2 support brackets are used to act as spotters added to this complete set. The bar catchers and shelves can be adjusted from 40 to 172 cm in 35 mm increments, allowing you to precisely determine your training results.
