Die Open Hex Trap Bar ist eine offen konstruierte olympische Trap Bar, entwickelt für komfortables, sicheres und effektives Krafttraining.
Dank des offenen Rahmendesigns ist das Ein- und Aussteigen deutlich einfacher als bei klassischen geschlossenen Hex Bars. Dadurch eignet sie sich perfekt für Deadlifts, Squats, Farmer’s Walks, Shrugs und funktionelles Krafttraining.
