Additionally, the freewheel clutch keeps the motion of the bike consistent at all times giving the feel of a real road bike.
There are 32 pre-set workout apps alongside integrated 2 -3 lbs dumbbells, allowing you to incorporate strength training into your routine. With 0 to 10% grade incline control and 0 to -10% grade decline control, alongside incline/decline + resistance quick touch handle controls, you can push through each workout without any disruption.
The Bluetooth Smart (BLE) receiver enables a more advanced user interactivity, with the enabled iFit feature allowing you to gain access to a new workout every day, automatically track your progress, replicate real-life runs with Google Maps™, compete with your friends, and custom-tailor your training to your specific goals (subscription not included). To keep you entertained throughout, there is iPod compatible audio including 2 - 2" speakers.
For your comfort the seat is horizontally and vertically adjustable with an oversized cushion, paired with extra wide ergonomic foot pedals with an adjustable strap and oversized levellers. Meanwhile, the front mounted transport wheels enable easy transportation around the home environment.
Other integrated features include a tablet holder, water bottle holder and Coolaire workout fan to improve your cardio endurance.
