Der Aqua Ball inSPORTline Flowball bringt eine neue Dynamik in Ihr Training. Anders als bei klassischen Gewichten bewegt sich das Wasser im Inneren des Balls ständig, wodurch Ihr Körper permanent stabilisieren muss.
Diese Bewegung aktiviert tief liegende Muskeln und sorgt für eine intensive Core-, Balance- und Stabilitätseinheit. Dadurch eignet sich der Flowball ideal für funktionelles Training, Gleichgewichtsübungen und Ganzkörperworkouts.
Das Gewicht kann einfach durch die Menge des eingefüllten Wassers angepasst werden. Je nach Modell beträgt das maximale Gewicht 30 kg (40 cm) oder 15 kg (30 cm). Dadurch ist der Ball sowohl für Anfänger als auch für fortgeschrittene Sportler geeignet.
Der Trainingsball besteht aus robustem PVC-Material, das auch intensiven Trainingseinheiten standhält. Praktische Griffe sorgen für sicheren Halt während der Übungen. Dank der kompakten Größe kann der Ball zu Hause, im Fitnessstudio oder im Freien verwendet werden.
Eine Pumpe ist im Lieferumfang enthalten.
