We ship our orders in collaboration with our logistics partner  and BMD Transport, which ensures a fast and secure delivery of your order up to your door!

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The exact delivery time is indicated in the description of each product and varies from 1 to 10 business days. Please note that in case of an order consisting of products with different delivery terms, the longer term will apply.

Ordered before 18:00, delivered the next day!

We now offer the Next Day Delivery so you can get your order faster than ever before! Place your order before 18:00 Monday to Friday for the Next Day Delivery. If you see this sign next to the "Add to basket" button and if you make your payment with iDEAL, Paypal, Visa/Mastercard, Bancontact or Giropay, you can be sure that your order will be delivered overnight!

Delivery time when paying with bank transfer

If you choose to pay for your order by bank transfer, it takes 1 to 3 days for us to receive and confirm your payment. Your order is then processed according to the deadline after the payment is confirmed.

Free delivery from €99

Sportbay offers a free next-day delivery for all orders over 99 euro in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. Once the value of your shopping cart exceeds €99, the system automatically removes the delivery charge, so you do not have to bother with filling discount codes or claiming this offer. Delivery of heavy items or odd-sized items

Extremely heavy, big or odd sized items are charged 29,- euro regardless of the order amount, if the delivery address is in Belgium, Germany, Luxemburg, Austria, Denmark or France.

Heavy items are delivered direclty to your door unless you live in a flat building. In such case, we deliver up to the main entrance to the building. If such an item is refused at the door and returned back to us, the delivery fee of 30 EUR is withheld from the amount to be refunded for the product.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a PostNL Track & Trace code and a tracking link. You can easily track your order by pressing this link or by visiting PostNL Track & Trace service website, where you can follow your parcel by entering the Track&Trace number. The number starts with '3S' followed by a combination of numbers and letters. Please note that, as a rule, the status can only first be tracked after 24:00 on the day of dispatch.

If your order has been shipped with BMD Transport, you will receive the tracking no later than 9 AM the next working day to an e-mail address specified with your delivery address.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME DURING THE DELIVERY?

With any delivery by PostNL, you will need to sign for the package when it is received. Using your postal code and tracking number on the PostNL Track & Trace website, it is possible to check at what time the deliver service will arrive up to three days in advance. Should you not be home the first time your package is presented, PostNL will automatically attempt to deliver the parcel to your neighbors. If this does not work, your delivery professional will drop a note in your mailbox. Amongst other information, this note will contain a ‘not home code’. You can use this code on PostNL website to select a more convenient day, time slot and location for the second delivery attempt. Be sure you always leave a correct phone number, in order for GLS to be able to call you. 

If neither you nor your neighbors are home during the second delivery attempt and you were therefore unable to receive the parcel, you may use the note provided by your delivery professional to pick up the parcel at a PostNL post office. Usually, you will have three weeks to pick up your parcel. After this period, your shipment will be returned to us. Always bring a valid ID when picking up a parcel. 

DAMAGED PACKAGE OR MISSING PRODUCTS

We take the utmost care of your packages during shipping, but it is possible that they might be damaged during shipping. Should you receive a shipment which has been damaged or opened during transport please report this to the courier right away and refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork; and make the photos of the package, if necessary.

Should you receive an order which is incomplete, please contact our client service within 7 business days of receiving the package. If no complaint is received within this period, it is considered that your order has been received in full.
