Great product for a serious upper body workout (perfect for home use). The Single Laat Pulley has two heavy duty double bearing pulleys and a strong 4mm cable. Weights can be changed easy and quick (weights are not inluded to the pakcage). The pulley pod is wall mounted using 4 concrete screws which are supplied with Single Laat Pulley.
Here are many possibilities to extend your training by using different attachements. Lat bar for shoulders and back is already included but you can purchase extra short bar for chest and triceps, V bar for triceps, shoulders and back and strap handle for chest and shoulder workouts. These four accessories will stimulate various muscle groups from various angles and provide a more complete workout experience.
