With the Sigma ID.Run HR you can then analyse the training data via the DATA CENTER via NFC with the SIGMA LINK app. The iD.RUN HR also offers an integrated Activity Tracker, which motivates you to get the most out of your day. The heart rate monitor on the wrist works by means of an optical sensor, which makes wearing a chest belt superfluous. During a workout, the heart rate is continuously recorded.
An Activity Tracker is integrated in the iD.RUN HR for precisely that little bit of extra motivation. The daily activity load is displayed on the start screen. The steps, the calorie consumption, the distance travelled and the progress towards the day goal. The day goals are also rewarded with cups in bronze, silver and gold.
The Activity Tracker can also be deactivated if desired. By default, the current heart rate is displayed during your workout. Other values such as maximum and average heart rates as well as individually defined target and intensity zones can also be displayed during your workout.
