The Water Rowing Machine inSPORTline Wateres is a unique, home full-body exercise machine. Instead of a flywheel, this rowing machine uses water resistance – resistance is regulated by adding/removing water to/from a water tank with blades. The blades rotate during the rowing (the resistance depends on the amount of water in the tank – ca. 8.8 – 16kg). The nine lines on the side of the tank are used to determine the amount of water in the tank. Unlike the regular rowing machines, the Water Rowing Machine inSPORTline Wateres makes the sound of swirling water during the rowing.
The 111-cm long, aluminum rail makes this machine suitable even for 195-200cm tall users while the sturdy structure allows for the 150kg weight limit. The Water Rowing Machine inSPORTline Wateres also features transportation wheels which allow for easy transportation even with the full water tank, and the adjustment system for uneven floor surfaces. The padded seat upholstered with imitation leather and solid Velcro straps which help secure feet on the pedals provide comfort during the workout. The wide buckles allow for easy fastening/unfastening.
The Water Rowing Machine inSPORTline Wateres features an easy-to-read display and a computer with a manual program and a chest strap receiver (the chest strap is included). The computer is operated with 5 buttons. On the display, you can follow all the important information, such as time, number of strokes, number of strokes per minute, distance (km), calories burned and heart rate (use the included chest strap). On the bottom part of the display, you can follow a simple graphic animation representing the position of your stroke (in four stages). This function allows you to track whether or not your stroke was completed. All of the above makes the Water Rowing Machine inSPORTline Wateres perfect for an effective and enjoyable full-body workout at home.
