The Ellyptech CT6 cross-trainer from HAMMER is ideal for varied cardio training at home.
12 programs - 8 mountain and valley profiles and 4 individual heart rate programs - ensure a diverse workout and new motivation to workout. The heart rate can be easily checked via the hand heart rate sensors. The Ellytech CT6 also makes it possible to adjust the intensity of the cardio workout to your heart rate. The cross-trainer automatically reduces the level of strain once the specified upper heart rate limit is exceeded. This helps you work out in your ideal heart rate range and do health-oriented cardiovascular workouts.
The workout computer with LCD display is easy to operate and displays all workout factors in a clearly arranged manner. The exercise intensity can be set in 16 levels. Once your workout is over the computer calculates your personal fitness note using the resting heart rate and shows you the successes you have had on the Ellyptech CT6.
