This power rack is just ideal for power training with barbbell and heavy weights, it is included safety bars, J-hooks and multigrip pull up attachement. You can easy, efficiently and safely perform any number of heavy barbell exercises.
Power rack Garage V.01 has adjustable bars that you can move to the appropriate height for a given exercises. It also has safety catches that prevent the weight from going beyond a certain point.
